Poncho is made by SnackAI Inc. (“we”). These terms cover your use of the Poncho Mac app and your purchase of a Poncho plan. By buying or using Poncho, you agree to them.
Plans
- Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. It starts with a 3-day free trial. A card is required at checkout; we charge it when the trial ends unless you cancel first. After that, it renews each period until you cancel.
- Lifetime is a single payment for a license to the current Poncho app and its updates for as long as we offer Poncho for the Mac.
- Each license works on up to three Macs that you use.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel Pro any time at agentodo.dev/billing. It keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time. If you're not happy with Lifetime, email us within 3 days of buying for a full refund.
Your agents and your work
Poncho runs coding agents you've installed, under your own accounts with their providers. You're responsible for what you ask them to do and for reviewing their changes. Poncho asks for your approval before it sends, merges, deploys, publishes, installs or spends anything, but you should still keep backups of work that matters.
The software
Poncho is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll say so on this page before it takes effect.
