Poncho is a Mac app made by SnackAI Inc. Your todos, plans and agent sessions stay on your Mac. We don't upload them, and we don't run a cloud copy of your task list.

What we collect

• When you buy: Stripe processes your payment. We receive your email address, name, billing country and the plan you bought. We never see your full card number.
• License checks: about once a day, the app sends your license key and a random ID for your Mac to agentodo.dev so it can confirm your plan. The Mac ID is not linked to your name or hardware serial number.
• Updates: about once a day, the app checks agentodo.dev for a new version.
• Email: if you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

Your coding agents

Poncho works through the Claude Code, Codex and Grok command-line tools you already have installed and signed in. It uses them to run the briefs you start, to write session titles and todo lists from your sessions' recent turns (using Claude Haiku), and to read the repositories you register for its nightly sweep. That content goes to Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI under your own account and their terms, exactly as if you had run the tools yourself. Poncho has no server in between and doesn't collect it.

There are no analytics and no crash reports.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your todos to train models.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep purchase records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. To delete anything else, email hello@agentodo.dev. Deleting the app removes your local data.
